Associate Attorney with Pinks & Feldman, Esqs., Melville, New York, from June 1980 to April 1982. Firm practice focused on collections and bankruptcy law.
Since June 1982, I have had my own practice, starting in White Plains. In 1994, opened a satellite office in Carmel, New York; and now I have additional offices available to me throughout lower Westchester and two in Manhattan.
I have represented individual and business clients throughout the New York metropolitan area, including the five boroughs and the Hudson Valley. My practice includes coverage in the Bankruptcy Courts in Poughkeepsie, White Plains, Manhattan and Brooklyn.
What sets me apart is that clients deal directly with me from start to finish. Further, I take the time to discuss and suggest future financial practices to avoid pitfalls in the future.
Over the years, I have spoken to local Bar Associations in Westchester and the Westchester County Bar Association; as well as before other groups, such as the Divorce Mediation Group in Westchester as to how bankruptcy affects different areas of law and life.
