“If you’re buying or refi’ing, title is vital!”

Do you know anyone purchasing or refinancing a home or other property? Or attorneys or mortgage brokers who represent them?

Introduce them to Roy! Title insurance is required for all property purchases and refinances, but most people do not receive personal service from -- or even know! -- their title professional. Everyone, and every transaction, deserves the attention and dedication of a title professional you can trust. You have to purchase a title policy, so why not have a personal connection with the company you are hiring?
Roy's value-added services are "free" because you pay no more than what you are required to pay for title anyway. And who doesn't want a free attorney to call upon any time?

Roy does not just start the title process. He remains involved and encourages all participants in a real estate transaction to contact him, any time, to answer questions, obtain information, speed the process, or just provide status updates. Having practiced real estate law, Roy understands that sometimes a simple call-back or email reply is just what a client needs, and yet is often overlooked. Expect more! You deserve a responsive title professional on your side.

A client-centered credo became Roy's calling-card while practicing law in New Jersey, Westchester County and New York City, for increasingly larger real estate law firms and with increasingly greater responsibility. Roy has parlayed his legal training and experience interacting with attorneys in various legal environments into developing a service-dedicated process where he both serves and educates his title clients, including attorneys, agents, other real estate professionals and individuals themselves.

Roy is confident that the more he educates and listens to his clients and other real estate professionals about the title process, the more comfortable they will be, the more efficient their transactions will be, and the smoother their closings will be. Give Roy the opportunity, and hold him to his aspirational standards!

Roy puts his emphasis on education into action by organizing weekly educational programs and networking events for attorneys and other professionals. As Director of Live Class Operations for the National Law Institute, a free, NY-and-NJ accredited Continuing Legal Education (CLE) provider, Roy enables attorneys to fulfill their statutory education requirements and provides business development opportunities for attorneys and other professionals. Whether you simply seek to maintain your law license, or want to learn about other practice areas and topics, or are looking for a new position, more business, or to collaborate with colleagues, ask Roy about his upcoming programs.
